From time to time there may be an issue with your delivery, most of the time it is due to missing documentation, failure of payment authorization, or both. We have streamlined our resolution service to ensure that our clients are receiving the attention they deserve. Once you have submitted a ticket, you will receive a number that will allow our Customer Service Department to quickly identify your order.
To submit a ticket, you will need the following information
- The email address you used to create your account with us
- Your account number or your international address that you have received
- Your airway bill (AWB) number
